About Lidia – Founder of YoDA Flow Studio
Once an unstoppable overachiever, I moved through life at full speed — chasing goals, collecting experiences, and rarely pausing to breathe. Yoga was my quiet sanctuary through it all — a place of refuge and remembrance, no matter what life demanded.
After a serious spine injury, everything changed. I was forced to slow down, to listen, to rebuild — not just my body, but my entire way of being. Through therapeutic yoga training with Jillian Pransky in New York City, I learned that worth is not measured by productivity, but by presence.
New York was home for 15 years — vibrant, inspiring, and full of movement. But as our family grew, so did the call for something different. In 2020, amid global uncertainty, we took a leap of faith and moved to Setúbal, Portugal — a soulful fishing town nestled between the ocean and the Arrábida Natural Park, where cliffs meet turquoise waters and life slows to its natural rhythm.
There, we transformed a forgotten ruin into our home and a space of renewal — YoDA Flow Studio — a place to move, connect, and flow together through yoga, dance, and mindful living.
With nearly 1,000 hours of Yoga and Yoga Therapy certifications (Yoga Alliance recognized) and countless months spent studying in India and Nepal, I continue to explore movement, healing, and the art of balance — between effort and ease, discipline and play, doing and simply being.
From a lifelong traveler, designer, skier, and real estate professional, to a mother and teacher, I’ve learned that life is the ultimate dance — one that invites us to move with grace, curiosity, and compassion.
At YoDA Flow Studio, I invite you to join the dance.
To breathe deeper.
To move softer.
To rediscover yourself, one flow at a time..
Namaste,
Lidia
